At BLUR, we are committed to delivering fresh, high-quality food and an exceptional customer experience. Due to the nature of our products, please review our return and refund policy carefully.

1. Food & Perishable Items

Because our products are freshly prepared food items, we do not accept returns once an order has been prepared or delivered.

However, refunds or replacements may be issued in the following cases:

  • Incorrect items delivered
  • Missing items
  • Quality issues (verified)
  • Damaged packaging upon delivery

All complaints must be reported within a reasonable time after receiving the order.

2. Order Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled if preparation has not yet started. Once preparation begins, cancellations are not permitted due to the perishable nature of the products.

3. Refund Process

If a refund is approved:

  • Refunds will be processed in United Arab Emirates Dirhams (AED).
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
  • Processing time may vary depending on your payment provider.

4. Apple Pay Refunds

For orders paid via Apple Pay, approved refunds will be returned to the same card or wallet used during the transaction. Refund timing depends on the issuing bank.

5. Tabby & Tamara (Buy Now, Pay Later) Refunds

If you paid using Tabby or Tamara:

  • Refunds will be processed through the respective provider.
  • Any installment adjustments will be handled directly by Tabby or Tamara.
  • BLUR is not responsible for installment schedules, late fees, or financing terms set by these providers.

Customers are advised to review Tabby or Tamara’s policies for more information.

6. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be issued in the following situations:

  • Incorrect address provided by the customer
  • Failed delivery attempts due to unavailability
  • Change of mind after preparation has started
  • Dissatisfaction due to personal taste preference
