BLUR delivers to all Emirates within the United Arab Emirates.
Delivery availability may vary depending on location and operational capacity.
2. Delivery Timing
- Orders placed before 3:00 PM are eligible for same-day delivery.
- Orders placed after 3:00 PM will be delivered within 40 hours (next day delivery).
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to traffic conditions, public holidays, weather, or high demand periods.
3. Order Processing
Orders are processed during business hours. Once an order is confirmed:
- Preparation begins immediately.
- Orders cannot be modified once processing has started.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery details.
4. Delivery Delays
While we aim to meet the estimated delivery time:
- BLUR is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect address information.
- External factors such as traffic or unforeseen circumstances may affect delivery times.
- Customers will be notified in case of significant delays where possible.
5. Failed Delivery Attempts
If delivery cannot be completed due to:

- Refusal to accept the order
